We are really excited to release a completely fresh new Audioflow app written in React Native.

At the core we have taken care to make sure that the new app works just as well as it always has.  However, there has been a lot of work that has gone into this to really zhuzh up the user experience and bring onboard some great new features.

What's New

Nearly everything!

• New branding for Audioflow, more mature colours and a refined overall look.
• A completely new welcome flow to the app for a great first impression.
• Redesigned permissions management on app load.
• A completely new easy-to-follow provisioning system including fancy animations to guide a user through the process as easily as possible.
• Support for iOS 18+ AccessorySetupKit which allows finding and connecting to an Audioflow in Setup Mode completely straightforward and automatic.
• App design now includes icons for zones, and an auto-icon picker system.
• Newly redesigned home screen has both list view and grid view.
• App settings and device settings are now clean, easy to use and beautiful.
• Throughout the app there is a built-in help system.
• For iOS we now support action intents for Shortcuts, Siri and Control Centre shortcut buttons to control zones with an automation, by voice or a single click.
• For Android there is a home screen widget to control zones with a single click.
• We have really made sure that performance is really well optimised - the old app would allow you to control your Audioflow really fast. Even with all the new features, the new app is just as fast and even faster than before on some modern devices.
