Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

By continuing to use the website or our products, you acknowledge that such material is protected by applicable intellectual property regulations laws. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, store or in any other fashion re-use material from the website, app or product unless otherwise indicated on the website or unless given express written permission to do so by Efficient Technology Ltd.
USER INSTRUCTIONS
You must follow our user instructions on this website before using our products. We will not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage resulting from your failure to follow our instructions on the website or product starter guide included with the product.
In particular, observe the following notices:
- DO NOT use the Audioflow Speaker Switch for 100V / High Voltage audio systems as used in commercial installations and for public address.
- DO NOT use the Audioflow Speaker Switch for unintended purposes, such as connecting one pair of speakers to multiple amplifiers, chaining the output from one switch to the input of another switch, lighting control or any other electrical purpose.
- ALWAYS take note of the Impedance of your speaker system and the minimum impedance rating of your amplifier. It is important that your speaker system does not fall below the minimum impedance accepted by your amplifier. Please check your amplifier specifications.
If you have any questions as to whether the Audioflow Switch will work on your system, please do not hesitate to contact us. We can offer advice but do not take responsibility of ensuring the product is suitable for your audio system.
DISCLAIMERS
We do not make any warranty or representation that the product will meet your requirements, that it will be fit for a particular purpose, that it will be compatible with all audio systems and within the limits of your system’s amplifier. We make no guarantee of any specific results from the use of our products, services, mobile app and website.
Whilst we do our best to ensure that the product, service, app and website are secure, fit for purpose and free of errors, all users are advised to take responsibility for their own security.
We will not be held liable for any damage or loss to your system or any equipment you have due to the incorrect use of our product.
We provide the Amazon Alexa Voice skill for your convenience, but we do so without any guarantee or warranty. The use of this function on our product is contingent on its availability on and by Amazon. Thus, if at any point Amazon changes its accessibility or function, this may affect your enjoyment or use of our product. Note that we do not offer a service level agreement for our Audioflow Amazon Alexa Skill. The use of this service is on an as-is basis and it may be possible that the service would be unavailable due to security, maintenance or operational reasons.
Similarly, we do not guarantee that the mobile app functions available on Android and iOS will be compatible with your device or any other specific device you may have.
SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

The use of the Audioflow speaker switch product in your audio system is at your own risk. We are not liable to any damage of your speakers, amplifier or other audio hardware whether arising from incorrect use or otherwise.
Unless it is caused by us and is reasonably foreseeable, we will generally not be liable for:
- any incorrect or inaccurate information on the Site, on our Amazon advert, on the product, on our mobile app and all interruptions to or delays in updating our website, Amazon advert or services;
- the infringement by you of third-party intellectual property rights;
- any amount or kind of loss or damage due to viruses or other malicious software that may infect a user's computer or mobile device, audio system, software, data or other property caused by persons accessing, using our product, mobile app or access to our site or from transmissions via emails or attachments received from Efficient Technology Ltd or its licensees.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or restricts our liability for death or personal injury resulting from any negligence or fraud on our part. Nonetheless, you shall indemnify and hold Efficient Technology Ltd harmless from any loss, liability, costs and expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising out of any claim of injury or damage from the services or products; caused by your negligence or misconduct or breach of the terms set out herein.
We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free or that the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.

In no case shall Audioflow, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, Service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the Service or any products procured using the Service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the Service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the Service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
